MICRO by The Fix

1. About the Site

The Site is a pre-launch website for MICRO by The Fix, a sensory movement space opening in Chelsea, London. It provides information about MICRO by The Fix and allows you to register your interest in founding access via our waitlist.

2. Waitlist and founding access

Joining the waitlist or requesting access is an expression of interest only. It does not create a contract, guarantee membership, a place, a booking, or any particular price or benefit. Founding access, membership and pricing are offered at our discretion and may change. Any future membership will be governed by separate terms provided at that time.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt it, or use it in any way that could damage MICRO or others. Information you submit must be accurate and your own.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including its text, imagery, branding, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to The Fix Collective Ltd and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and, where technically enabled, download or print content from the Site for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is”. As a pre-launch site, information (including opening dates, the offer and details) is indicative and subject to change. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The Site is provided free of charge for general information and pre-launch registration purposes.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you used the Site, or for any business loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from personal or consumer use of the Site.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights that you may have as a consumer.

7. Links

The Site may link to third-party sites (for example Instagram or our newsletter). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you reside, and nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights available to you under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
